1. Free Service

Backgrounds for Teams provides free background images for download at no cost. Since we do not charge for our standard service, there are no refunds applicable for free downloads.

2. Custom Background Service

We offer a paid service for custom backgrounds with your logo or personalized text. Payments for custom backgrounds are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider.

3. General Refund Policy

All sales of custom backgrounds are final. We do not offer refunds for payments once they have been processed. This policy exists because:

  • Digital products cannot be returned once delivered
  • Custom backgrounds are created specifically for your order
  • We incur costs for generation and delivery immediately

4. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver your custom background due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
  • Unauthorized Charges: Payments made without your authorization

Refund requests for exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

5. Refund Process

All refunds are processed through Paddle. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You can manage your purchases and request refunds through Paddle's customer portal.
